Just swapped our 2007 Sterling for a2010 Crusader with Isabella awning and carbon fibre poles. Brilliant! Even at 70 years old it is easy to set up and the awning is as big as my lounge, great for us and the dogs.

Bought a Conway Carleton L in 1986. It was still in very good condition, the trailer always having been stored in doors. However the children have now gone and have children of their own and we aren't getting any younger. We still wanted to camp rather than caravan so decided to see what was available on the market. I have to admit that I was smitten by the new Countryman as soon as I saw it. The ease of erecting it together with the standard of the interior fittings and size of accommodation when its been erected sold it to us. We can use it without the awning for the odd few days away but still have the flexibility of using the Awning. Another good point is its low weight which makes it doddle to tow. We have had the Countryman now for 18 months and I.m still in love with it!

We're in the middle of our first holiday in our newwly purchased 2001 Pennine Sterling SE Style, and we love it! Having upgraded from a Conway Classic trailer tent , it is fabulous to have the kitchen in the trailer. Overall, everything has clearly been thought out during design and build to make it as easy to use as possible. It is extremely comfortable and is helping us to have a lovely, relaxing time in Bridlington. We are looking forward to lots more super holidays thanks to Pennine!

Took possession of our Pathfinder Q6 at the weekend. So happy with it we can't tell you :-) . Have been tent campers for years, but this takes camping to another level!

Easy to put together, easy to tow, light enough for the two of us to manually push on to the drive in the garden. Even the awning wasn't as bad as we thought.

The only downside is we're going to have to get someone to weed the garden this year, as we're going to be away as often as we can :-).

We are now on our third folding camper which is a 2009 Conway Crusader made by Pennine.
It is a brilliant product, with toilet, hot & cold water, heater and many more it is Glamping not Camping.
Not only the product but the service support and help if you ever need any, supplied by Nick and everyone we have ever spoken to at Pennine HQ is extraordinary.
We send them all our very best wishes for the future and our Thanks
Oonagh & Frank.

You name it, I've tried it; camper vans; coach built motor homes, caravans and tents (large and small). This time last year, I had 6 tents, which was getting ridiculous. The only tent large enough for the 3 of us to spend a week in took an hour and a half to set up.

I sold all my tents and bought a 1998 Sterling SE. Best move I ever made. Set up in 15 minutes, for shorter stays, but with the flexibility of doubling the accommodation with the awning. Like one of the other reviewers has said, I'm like a kid with a new toy, and have enjoyed restoring the Sterling to its former glory, using parts and accessories sourced from auction sites and from Pennine, themselves. The company have been brilliant in helping me get all the parts I needed to finish my project. I was thinking of upgrading to a Pathfinder, and I'm sure, in the long term, I will, but, for now, I can't bring myself to part with the Sterling, and I'm looking forward to many more days of happy camping with her.

Had many types of caravans, tents, trailer tents etc, last trailer tent we had was a Raclet Solena, was a bit cramped in side bed was good. Looked on the internet at Pennine Folding Campers and found one at St Leonard's Ringwood Hampshire ( Pennine Sterling 1996 model in very good condition, one owner from new. Traded my trailer tent in exchange. Was the best thing we ever did, we love it used it twice this year, we are in our 70's and found it easy to put up and take down. If anyone is thinking about owning one, don't change your mind get it; there are good bargains to be had if you are prepared to travel.

Just bought a pullman folding camper using a well known bidding site.
Wish I had one of these a long while ago.
Not been away yet
Gas leak fixed (another story), new door needed, I'm just making it.
Just one very happy person, like a littke boy with a new toy.

Well, what can we say, we are hugely dissapointed..........we have only had our Pennine Pullman (serial number P108591) for 22 years and it is nearing the end of it's useful life !! We have used it several times a year through out this time, towed it thousand of miles, our kids grew up as 'campers' and we have never had the luxury of keeping it in a garage - not bad eh? A true testomonial - can anyone beat it?? We're thinking of replacing it soon, but it'll probably go on another year. Funny thing - we say that each year !!!
