We picked up our new Conway Crusader today from Pennine Outdoor Leisure and were met by Nick and Julie. On our first visit a couple of weeks ago Julie made us feel very welcome and had great knowledge on their products, this made it easy for us to choose the right folding camper for us.
Today Nick took us through a step by step tutorial of how the camper was erected and how everything fitted into place, also how all the electrical/water components worked.
We came away knowing that as a company they cared for their customers from initial visit to saying goodbye with the camper firmly attached to the car.
We know we will have many years of happy camping with a great product in tow.

My wife Denise and I picked up our Pennine Countryman Trailer Tent on 12th March 2018 in Accrington. We were blown away by the size and quality of the Trailer. Our first. Julie and Nick were fabulous and made us feel very welcome. The transfer took two hours and Nick was very patient particularly my myself. We have since learned how to erect the trailer and are looking forward to some better weather so we can get out and about and truly enjoy our new Countryman.
The quality of the Countryman is excellent and as a novice was easy to tow and hitch up, etc. We ordered the Countryman at the NEC in October and are delighted with it. Well done to Pennine Outdoor Leisure.

Hi to all current and future owners of Pennine folding campers
We just took ownership of our Fiesta camper and have to say how thrilled we are at the quality of the workmanship and the excellent personal instruction on how to erect and fold away we received from Nick and Julie.
Having viewed the instruction video on their website we were a little apprehensive about how we would cope with the task of turning the trailer in to a fully functional liveable tent, and a luxury one to boot - but without too many hiccups, and Nick’s excellent instruction and tuition it was acheived, and our marriage still intact, though we do still have to delve in to the “bag of divorce”, namely the awning, but now emboldened with confidence, even this task is now eagerly welcomed!!!
To sum up: an excellent value for money luxury camper, and a most professional and personable company to deal with. Total satisfaction and an unreserved recommendation.

We would like to thank Nick & Julie for the excellent service we received when picking up our brand new Pathfinder.
On our arrival we were greeted by Julie, who had all our paperwork ready and took us over to the workshop, where Nick greeted us and showed us over every aspect of the Pathfinder.
He was very thorough with the handover, demonstrating how open up the Pathfinder and how to install the cabinets, sleeping areas, electrics and plumbing.
He answered every query we had and then guided us through how to put everything back in place.
Nothing was too much trouble and every query we had was answered.
During this time Julie kept us supplied with cups of coffee, which were much appreciated, as the weather was freezing.
Once everything was back in place, we just hitched up and were on our way home.

Just been up to Pennine today to collect our pre owned Pennine Quartz 4. Embarrassed to say we were up there for 2.5 hours and failed to get the names of the lady and gentleman who dealt with us, other that to say we had 10/10 service, knowledge and professionalism second to none. Thank you very much for your help and patience, looking forward to many happy days in our Pennine.

Myself and Neil have just purchased our fourth Pennine Folding Camper. We have replaced our 2004 Pathfinder with a brand new 2018 model. What can I say we are both delighted.
The unit was picked up last weekend following a consultation with Julie specifying the unit to our exact requirements which included gas heating and gas and electric hot water. Nothing has been too much trouble and even better we have been able to receive the completed unit last weekend.
The changes to the specification that Pennine have made improving the Folding Camper have been well received and you can see major improvements that are now built in to the units. Well done Pennine.
Most impressive is the new canvas and the fix for the curtain rails!
We cannot wait to get the unit out in a few weeks time and get our 2018 season underway.
Thanks for all your help and we could not recommend Pennine and their customer service enough.
Thanks, Aland and Neil

Ordered 4 x grab handles for our 26yr old Conway Cardinal Clubman (I broke one moving camper...and the rest proved to be fragile also). Order confirmed 4th Sept and delivered in France on 6th Sept! Perfect fit following an excellent delivery. Quite remarkable service (3.5 hr round trip to nearest caravan service place here - and they will not have this part - judging from previous visit there). Keep up the good work!

Sorry this is a bit late but just wished to thank you for the very quick delivery of the LED Fog Light, Locker Hinges and Isabella Repair Kit.
Replacing the fog light was fun , but all went OK in the end. I’m now an expert of course ! The repair kit seems to have done the job on the roof, when tested with a few watering cans of water.
It was very good of you despatch just prior to your shutdown period.
As an aside I would also just like to share with you that my wife and I never cease to be astounded at the large amount of interest in our Countryman whilst we are on the European mainland.
During our trip this year during late May and June 2017, from the start in France to the end point in Croatia, we must have given folk from France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia the “Countryman tour”. This is not counting the odd passing Swede, Dane, Dutch family and 1 New Zealander.
They all seemed highly impressed with the layout, build quality etc. Not many of them had seen the luxury, but simplicity of our 2011 Countryman folding camper.
You are obviously doing something right.
