I got emailing and talking to Julie (She called back really quickly as well as serving customers) about some orders and spares I needed. She must know every spare imaginable for Pennine and she was so good at getting my orders sorted and suggesting other sources. Hooray for good service and no select menus!

What a joy to have met and worked with Julie and Nick. We went to an open day just to look and ended up purchasing a Pathfinder, persuaded Julie to part ex our Fiesta and add extras. There was then no issue when I asked them to store the trailer following a collision which needed a new towbar! We collected the camper and went straight on our first trip in the new vehicle. When we found an issue with the pump on the air awning we bought, a quick email had a replacement waiting for us on our return home.
Truely a superb company to deal with, with staff who are both knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Just arrived home with our new baby (Countryman 2 +2). Absolutely thrilled with it and can not wait for our first trip in July. The whole process of buying this has been so easy from our first contact with Julie enquiring whether such a model was still available right through to the thorough hand over from Nick today. Great to see the production line showing that this truly is a British handmade product. Thank you again and photos will follow in due course!

Had our first jaunt in our Countryman. All went smoothly not least due to the excellent handover from the wonderful team at Pennine.
This was a replacement for our 1993 Cruiser and it’s great to see the design improvements over what was already a superb product. Amazed at how much storage and work space is available. Perfect for our needs and would highly recommend to anyone. We even managed to put up the awning without a single cross word! Many thanks to Julie and the team

We picked up our new Conway Crusader today from Pennine Outdoor Leisure and were met by Nick and Julie. On our first visit a couple of weeks ago Julie made us feel very welcome and had great knowledge on their products, this made it easy for us to choose the right folding camper for us.
Today Nick took us through a step by step tutorial of how the camper was erected and how everything fitted into place, also how all the electrical/­water components worked.
We came away knowing that as a company they cared for their customers from initial visit to saying goodbye with the camper firmly attached to the car.
We know we will have many years of happy camping with a great product in tow.

My wife Denise and I picked up our Pennine Countryman Trailer Tent on 12th March 2018 in Accrington. We were blown away by the size and quality of the Trailer. Our first. Julie and Nick were fabulous and made us feel very welcome. The transfer took two hours and Nick was very patient particularly my myself. We have since learned how to erect the trailer and are looking forward to some better weather so we can get out and about and truly enjoy our new Countryman.
The quality of the Countryman is excellent and as a novice was easy to tow and hitch up, etc. We ordered the Countryman at the NEC in October and are delighted with it. Well done to Pennine Outdoor Leisure.
