We don't normally leave feedback but we were both very impressed with the personal service and instructions provided. Bought in winter and can't wait for the first outing in spring or maybe earlier! Would highly recommend.

We picked up our new Conway Crusader from Accrington in late November. As we travelled rather a long way we decided to stay overnight at Mitton Hall, as recommended by Julie. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and is worthwhile considering if you need to break up your journey.

Julie and Nick were very welcoming and the handover demonstration given by Nick was both detailed and clear.

We now look forward to our first outing in early 2020!

Using our 1995 Pennine Pullman was still a wonderful experience but we were finding it more difficult to erect and put away. So we decided to have a look at the 2020 models when we attended the show at the NEC in October. We were amazed at how they have changed and how easy they are to erect so after some lengthy discussions over a few coffees we placed an order for a 2020 Conway Crusader.

We picked up our Crusader on Tuesday and a big thank you to Nick for his excellent demonstration of how everything works. The 2 ½ hours flashed by and we were soon on our way home with ‘Bessie’.

Nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process with some minor changes to specification that we requested being taken onboard without any hesitation.

Now looking forward to some better weather so we can get out and experience our new purchase.

Id been considering a caravan for a few months but husband is anti caravan ! I took him to the NEC in October and persuaded him that a Countryman was what we needed - great experience at NEC - camper ordered and collected with no problems - great demo for newbies - husband drove the 2.5 hours home with no problems at all - first time towing - great company to deal with - friendly and proffessional from buying to collecting - cant wait for the new year to get out and about in our new holiday home !

Being very new to owning a folding camper I had many questions, all of which were answered. I found Penine very professional & knowledgeable & I am really excited to be using my Pullman through 2020 & beyond

Picked up my secondhand Conway Crusader. Nick provided a comprehensive handover and no questions went unanswered. He is passionate about his product and quite rightly so. Can wait until spring.

My wife and I found Julie and Nick were very helpful and gave us great advice and guidance. The 2 hour session showing us how to erect the camper was not to be missed. A good experience.

Thank you Nick for your quick response to a major mishap we had on holiday in July. You certainly couldn't have done any more to help.
We will now be looking to purchase a new lightweight frame for our main awning. Once again thanks Nick.
