We met Nick and Julie at the Camping and Caravanning show in Birmingham back in February. We were undecided whether we wanted to purchase a folding camper or caravan as we had previously owned both. It was clear that they were both passionate about their product and had extensive knowledge of the needs of the camper and caravaner. We decided to buy a Pennine Pathfinder as for us the comfort we wanted was there, with the ease of towing a smaller unit. From start to finish the whole process has been professionally handled despite the corona pandemic and dealing with both Nick and Julie has been a pleasure. We are excited to use our new holiday home in the knowledge that we will still have the support from Nick and Julie if we need it. Thank you both so much. Excellent sales service from Julie and Nick at Pennine Outdoor; After an appointment visit to view a preowned pathfinder, we were also given a view of the manufacturing site were the models are still made. I was quite surprised these were still made in the UK. Collecting and handover with Nick is great, very informative over the 2 hours, which few by, going over the entire unit with us. Overall a great customer experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for folding camper.

This is my fourth Pennine Camper after a break of 12 years Tenting. Julie at Pennine was extremely helpful and I can't fault the new Fiesta in any way. Tows like a dream.

My wife and I purchased a new Pathfinder from your dealer in Kent, where we were treated with extreme attention to all our needs. We collected the day before both of us were locked down by medics as being vulnerable. Here we are 3 1/2 months later and still locked down for the foreseeable.
We couldn’t stand looking at the Pathfinder in the garden any longer and put it together with the idea of spending a few nights in in to get some use this year. Here we are over three weeks later and still camping out in the garden, to say we are pleased would be an understatement, we are over the moon with it and so pleased that we took the plunge and spent our to buy it, given that we are both mid seventies. The build quality and design is spot on and we are looking forward to our freedom and the chance to try it out with the awnings.

A massive 'thank-you' to Nick and Julia for all their recent help. Following open heart surgery, I was concerned about lifting the rather heavy sides of our 2005 Countryman. Initially, a refurb with lightweight acrylic 'canvas' and poles was suggested by them, but this was later changed… which saw us buying a 2011 Quartz 2+2, with all of the above benefits and more.
Nick and Julia couldn't have done more to ease us through the purchase, even removing all our 'stuff' from the old camper and boxing it up for us! We just can't praise them enough: a wonderful couple running a wonderful business.

I purchased a second hand Conway Crusader in the UK with a view to bringing it to France where we live. There is however a legal requirement to register the Crusader here in France and to obtain a separate number plate. The process is not straightforward and has required a number of documents confirming European Conformity. Pennine have been outstandingly helpful particularly in tailoring these documents to satisfy the specific requirements of the French authorities.­Their efforts were much appreciated

The whole experience of purchasing our Pennine Pathfinder, has been excellent, from enquiring at the NEC to collection, Julie and Nick have been fantastic.
Nick went through absolutely everything when we collected our camper, even staying late and organising a garage to help out when we had an issue with our electrics.

We recently collected our Countryman and would like to thank Julie and Nick for their excellent briefing about all the features and walking us through the assembly and taking down/packing away procedures. They were incredibly helpful. All we need now is some sun and off we go!

We don't normally leave feedback but we were both very impressed with the personal service and instructions provided. Bought in winter and can't wait for the first outing in spring or maybe earlier! Would highly recommend.

We picked up our new Conway Crusader from Accrington in late November. As we travelled rather a long way we decided to stay overnight at Mitton Hall, as recommended by Julie. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and is worthwhile considering if you need to break up your journey.

Julie and Nick were very welcoming and the handover demonstration given by Nick was both detailed and clear.

We now look forward to our first outing in early 2020!
